Ted and team were very helpful during this stressful time. In Dec 2024 I was arrested for aggravated DUI in Claremont, NH. I found Ted’s info on Google and after talking with him I felt very comfortable and knew him and his team were the right folks to help me. Living in a different state Ted was able to get the court to agree to let me appear via phone, he reached out to attorneys in my home state to see how I would be affected at home. Ted and his team were always available to answer my questions and communicated clearly every step of the way. In March 2025 my DUI case got decreased to a reckless driving charge. This was an amazing unusual outcome and I never would have been able to get this without Ted and his team. Thank you for all you did! I definitely recommend Ted and his team for your legal needs.

In September 2024, I received notice of a professional ethics complaint against my medical license before the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC). I retained Attorney Doty and her team to represent me in what was essentially a civil ethics matter. By November 2024, Attorney Doty had successfully negotiated a settlement that preserved my professional standing and left no significant marks on my record.

We retained Ted Lothstein for a very thorny aggravated DUI that probably should have put this violator in county jail for a year. Ted did his homework, listened to his client and presented a very strong case for why this young man should be given some latitude and leniency. He was right and the leniency was justified, but we couldn’t have conveyed that as convincingly as Ted did. I can easily use the word “advocate” when describing Ted.

I obviously met Ted under very embarrassing circumstances. I was arrested around Christmas for a DUI in Bedford and ended up having a breathalyzer that tested at .15. Right away I called several lawyers just hoping someone would tell me I had a case. Before I even received my police report, I had lawyers asking me to come in, talk to them, they felt confident in defending me. Which every phone call sounded like a salesmen. After a week or so, I had calmed down and had done some research online and found Lothstein Guerriero. I made my decision on their reviews and the fact that they commented on responses. I sent a message online and Ted called me the next day. Over the phone he sounded pleasant and nothing like the salesmen I had heard previously. I told him my side of the story and all he said was that he needed both sides. He asked me to come in and discuss the case “after” reading the police report. I felt that he was going to be honest and he was. He told me there’s never a guarantee he can give for a win. My license was suspended three days before the DMV ALS hearing. We went to the ALS hearing and won. I felt great when I walked into the DMV office and got my license back ten minutes after the hearing. A couple months later we decided to go to trial because he was able to have the breathalyzer suppressed. We won again! I drove away with no fines and only a total of three days license suspension because of Ted Lothstein, his staff, their legal knowledge and experience. Highly recommended! Please call because he’ll at least give it to you straight!
