Had this lawyer recommended through a family member. From my experience and as a young man living and learning the hard way I Do NOT recommend. Please read this review! It can help prevent what happened to me from what might happen to YOU! I Hired Alex for a custody case back when I was 24 years old back in 2019 when I was “Young & Naive . Alex charged me $3300 to serve a file an against the mother of my child. No problem. Whatever it takes to see my kid I’ll pay.! Just didn’t know I’d be taken advantage of .. Everytime I made a payment it was always a $700 &800 $900 $1000 $1300 dollar payments NEVER anything under $700 .At one point Alex had ask the judge the judge to send all 3 of us (Me,Mom,Daughter)to a therapist to find out what parent was the problem. I knew better then to say anything wrong about the mother to the therapist as she was supposed to send a report back to the judge after a few visits even though the therapist report read that mom was the problem and not me for some reason Alex would have this episodes where he would start yelling at me as if I was his child. Like if I wasn’t a man myself. Like if he had no respect for me as his client and it wasn’t just once it was on several occasions, the man would just lose his temper. he would just talk down to me, belittle me talking to me in a very condescending way. Like dude what’s your problem I’m YOUR boss I PAY YOU!!!! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!! you Sir are not my father ..! Talk to your son like that! Talk to you mom like that! talk to your wife like that.! Do not talk to me like that.! Like come on man I thought this was a professional practice anyways . Fast forwarding I finally get a contract where I get my daughter on weekends and if violated by mom I automatically get full custody. Simple as that orders by the judge. One day I end up completely snapping my ankle at the Nellis Air Force Base , i would still go pick up my daughter on the weekends But after sometime mom started violating our contact . So I would call Alex and tell him about mom violating contract and not letting me the child. All he would say is you need to make a payment. After giving this man more than $10.000 from 2019 to 2023 I learned it only cost $25 to file a motion and serve some one at the family court office. And even tho Having all receipts on paper he still refuse to say I payed him that that much and when asked how much I payed him if not $10,000. No integrity. Not a very honest man. And after all this I’m still no custody no visitation. I opens this car when my daughter was 5 she will be 10 years this feb 10th so please take my experience and reconsider
