First they petition the courts to garnish me after the statute of limitations is expired while my wife is battling stage 4 cancer. They get the maximum they can take around 24 percent of my earnings. Then they keep adding interest to the total amount owed. Just got it down to a more manageable pay off amount and they add an additional 3000 to the total. Try to call them to negotiate a pay off amount and you cannot reach anyone and they never return your phone call. Greedy corporate lawyers. If you get a summons you need to show up in court to validate the debt has expired. If you don’t the court will allow them to collect even though it is illegal and the only thing you can do to stop it at that point is file bankruptcy. Crooked system, and twisted lawyers.

Unprofessional unethical over bills clients

Sent in a consultant message and they can’t even give me a courtesy call back or email. I had to call myself only to find out they won’t even represent tenants due “too many landlords and it’s a conflict of interest”. Don’t waste your time the ratings they got 2 YEARS AGO is much different then NOW or more recently. Find someone else because they won’t even bother to call you back to tell you they are unable to represent you.

Does Not Respond. Scheduled a preliminary call and he was a no show. Assistant tried to reach him but without success. She promised to reschedule him and 4 days later I have still not heard back from them. Maybe they just have too much business already.

I’ve had an awful experience, and I would never use the Dean legal group ever again. It’s been a really really bad experience.

So these guys can’t take tenant calls because they represent too many landlords and don’t want conflict of interest. Well now I can see why tenants can never get any help when they rent out a home because all the lawyers are representing the landlords and all we get is legal aid center where they don’t even give a damn. I guess his lawyers have to represent where the money is that right?

Do these guys ever answer the phone or? Never called a law group and have the phone go straight to voicemail every day of the week. Hopefully I’ll be able to change my review because the experience so far has just been dreadful.

Had to hire a different firm.I have been trying to get him to sign a substitution of attorney and a billing statement and a refund of unused funds. Don’t waste your money here
