The moment I got the letter in the mail of what he was about, to the phone call I had with him, stating it would be a “cake walk” for him. Boy was he RIGHT! Mark, was the first person to call me whenever I submitted a request when I was at my lowest point and didn’t know what to do! He calmed me down and told me exactly what was going to happen and what he could do for me and told me not to worry. I can say after it’s all said and done now that he was right about everything and has been with me every step of the way. He even gives me legal advice even if it’s not something he handles.
