The professionalism and common courtesy for paid clients has decreased and is almost non-existent. I’ve been doing business with this office for more than 10 years and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I don’t think they understand it’s peoples lively hood that they are dealing with and lack of communication causes headache for the defendants. No one in the office from the attorneys to the front desk seem to care. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE they are nice to get the retainer fee after that you are just a number.

I had to go to court for a simple open and shut case however my lawyer that I actually paid for never actually showed up. From what I’ve gathered my lawyer paid another lawyer out of his own pocket to cover his own butt, because there was a scheduling error. My case went fantastic, however it was a little unprofessional as I am paying thousands of dollars I expect to be represented by who I paid for. I was also told to be at the court house at 9 am showed up at 8:30am and my case was not handled until 3:30 pm. Not sure if that had anything to do with the scheduling error but it seemed to have an impact. As I said my case went well and I was happy in the end just disappointed.
