Outstanding service. We bought raw property in South Carolina and were a little skeptical about the on line process. Kendal Britt was incredible walking us through the process and followed up on every email to make sure all questions were answered. She communicated thoroughly when we had questions. The front office staff was friendly and responsive when I called with questions. Highly recommend.
We recently worked with Angela Berland on an out-of-state real estate closing, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience and outcome. Called 4/16/25 and asked to have a quit claim deed prepared. They stated they are moving office locations and not taking any clients. Not in 30 days, 45 days, 60 days. Would not accept a client.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in hospitality and legal services. The office was festive and certainly decorated for the season – a very nice touch to the friendly folks working here. I went to Paladin Law for a home closing first thing in the morning. I was in and out within an hour or so. Signing the paperwork was a breeze, and everything was explained well in overview and in detail on request. I’ve recommended all friends and family to Paladin and hope to do business with them again in the future.
