My assessment of Attorney Patrick Joseph Phillips, Chief Legal Counsel for the Law Offices of Joe Phillips, is based on years of experience doing business with lawyers and law firms in my position as Managing Partner of CHARTOR Entertainment LLC (www.CHARTORentertainment.com ). In addition, the ambulance service that transported my Uncle to the hospital and the physician in the emergency room who treated my Uncle committed gross negligence in their lack of treatment to address the severity of my Uncle’s hip fractures. After two major surgeries to repair his hip, an eight week recovery period in the hospital and fifteen weeks of physical and occupational therapy, my Uncle and I decided to retain Attorney Joe Phillips to file a medical malpractice civil suit against the ambulance service, the hospital and the emergency room doctor. I served as Durable Power of Attorney and Executor of my Uncle and Aunt’s estate. At the time my Uncle was 89 years of age and he relied on me to manage their estate.
