I was outsourced by the VA to Dr Richard Klein, for my Diep Flap surgery after breast cancer and I couldn’t be happier! Dr Klein is not only an amazing surgeon, he’s also an artist. Dr. Klein is an amazing doctor. He is kind and very knowledgeable. His office staff(scheduler) is horrendous. Good luck with booking an appointment because you have to leave message after message with no reply. I know that we have to advocate for our health but I didn’t know that my advocating would be reduced to vm and no solutions.
Went for breast reduction and developed necrosis which he did not took care of. Discharged me untreated. My breast are badly deformed. Tried to have him see me again for reconstruction and he refused. Now I’m having a bilateral mastectomy by another phycian and a total recontruction thanks to DR RICHARD KLEIN ‘S. NEGLIGENCE I DO NOT RECCOMEND DR. RICHARD KLEIN OR HIS STAFF ASSISTANCE.
Big pharma doctor, pill mill! Fed my grandmother pills until she overdosed on them at the young age of 56, I don’t recommend this doctor to anybody who wants to stay alive

if I could give this man 1000 stars, I surely would ! I cannot explain how he has changed my life with my EXTREMELY difficult post bilateral mastectomy reconstruction. I was told repeatedly by several well respected plastic surgeons in Palm Beach County where I live, that I was NOT at all a candidate for reconstruction, and surely not the type of surgery that I desired, the DIEP flap procedure. Upon meeting Dr. Klein, I knew he was the physician I wanted to work with and he found no reason why he wouldn’t be able to perform this procedure. And he was sooo right. I am beautifully reconstructed, after probably at least 10 years of struggling with every possible type of prosthetic, I have been put back together and I am so grateful for being able to wear tight clothing, to be symmetrical, to wear beautiful bras again…A miracle if I could describe the mess that I was left with after post-mastectomy, failed reconstruction. I am whole again and I am without words for this compassionate, kind, talented man. I travel three hours each way when I need to see him for other unrelated issues and he’s worth every minute f the trip. Thank you a million times over to Dr Klein and his competent, caring staff !!
Dr. Klein and Kristy Seacrest gave me my life back!!. I have not had any pain or discomfort since my surgery in July. I will never, ever be able to thank them enough. Amazing team!!
I can’t say enough about Dr Kline and his staff….i went to him for lymphedema in my left leg…his procedures are a gift from above…he has given me back normalcy in my life…
I was diagnosed with lipedema and lymphedema when I was 48 . I had to use a walker because it was to painful to walk on my own. Dr. Klein removed 2 masses on my legs and gave me my life back. I can’t thank him enough.
My experience with this office is beyond absurd. This was a joint case with Dr Klein and Dr. Smith (please go see my 5 star review of Dr. Smith and his entire staff, completely different experience). I was scheduled for a partial mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. AFTER all pre op work was done including bloodwork, financial pre-op appts finished I was told that my insurance would not cover the reconstruction. A peer to peer review was scheduled. I went the morning of my surgery and was prepped for surgery, complete scrub down, gown, anesthesiologist in the room, when I was told that my insurance still denied. Dr. Klein wanted over $7500 on the spot to do the surgery and never came into the room to talk with me and I never heard from his office since. Dr. Smith came in to the room and broke the news. I proceeded to get dress and leave the hospital. I’m in the appeals process with my insurance. Still not one phone call from Dr. Klein’s office. His office manager is rude, his scheduling coordinator is difficult to get a hold of and incompetent. And Dr. Klein obviously does not care about his patients. Meanwhile, I have heard from Dr. Smith’s office coordinator and office manager. Dr. Smith was kind when he came into my room. He has since referred me to a new plastic surgeon. DO NOT GO TO DR. KLEIN if you want a caring surgeon and a competent staff. I am willing to answer any questions or to speak to anyone who needs further information. This is the first time I have ever posted a review like this. But I feel like my story needs to be told and other patients need to be warned.
Dr. Klein has been my doctor for many years and has done an amazing job every time and is such an amazing and caring guy would 10/10 recommend!!!
Dr Klein is one of the most most skilled plastic surgeons I have ever met. He worked his magic on my husband’s forehead after melanoma removal. An awesome reconstruction!
