A big mistake. Phil should be a salesman. He will tell you exactly what you wanna hear and you will sign a paper and then he will do absolutely nothing to help you totally incompetent. And then when you want to fire him, he will put a lien on your case so you cannot collect anything until you settle with him at his price. Despicable don’t make the same mistake I made.
