Earlier in February, I was in a terrible situation with a tenant renting out a room from me who took advantage of running all the utility bills up to a cost I had never seen before. I caught the tenant running the dryer with nothing in it and would turn every light in the house on. This explained why my bills were so high. I had to call the police on her a couple of times as I started to believe there were mental health issues. Long story short, I hired Zeigler, Townley & Associates, PC, to file a document that would give her 30 days to move. To help expedite this process, I had a friend hand the 30-day notice to her, and the result was she moved out within 30 hours of that notification. I am so grateful to Bruce, who knows exactly what to do to help in situations like this. It took an enormous pressure off me, and I could move back into my home, where it is now peaceful.

Place is a rip off $450 for them to not help you im good
Called and tried getting an appointment to sit down with someone, discuss my.issues and was told they don’t do that unless I pay $450 just to speak with someone for about 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous
The attorneys gave a fair and honest review for my legal questions and were fairly responsive and cordial.
I had a time sensitive matter that Atty. Townley handled by reviewing my case and promptly meeting with me. He provided sound legal advice and guidance that gave me peace of mind. Office personnel Anna was also very kind snd helpful.
