Eric white was my attorney, he was amazing!

Hotchkiss tried to bully me into paying for damages I didn’t do and then didn’t even bother to show up at court. Not to mention his Hotchkiss predecessor filed false documention in a prior case against my family. They are happy to state whatever necessary to make their case look good even though they are leaving any evidence whatsoever

Mr. White helped me with a car insurance settlement and I received alot more than I was expecting. He was compassionate and sincerely wanted me to be compensated for my injuries. I highly recommend him!

Horrible experience, didn’t show up for court 1 1/2 hours later after holding up this pissed off judge he shows up on zoom with some lame excuse about a funeral. Don’t waste your time or money

Michael Falahee must be the worst lawyer in Jackson County. I can’t even imagine how bad the other lawyers must be that are apart of this firm. I am in a way worse position with my custody issues, than I was before I hired Falahee.

Called for acquote the lady that answered was in rude. I would have spent more somewhere else because of her. Which, by the way, I wound up saving money by going somewhere else, and they came to the truck instead of me taking it to them.

I paid Ken twice over what he was asking and he didn’t do anything but keep telling me to wait until my Ex’s attorney made a move, so in the end I lost 2 years of time with my kids and half of my stuff and all of marital property… I would never recommend him to anyone…. Even after the JOD I still didn’t get what I was supposed to get because he refused to do the enforcement and the other attorney lied about what I was supposed to get. If I could do it all over I would have never used him and listen to everyone who told me I needed a different attorney.
