Glad to hear I wasn’t the only person with a bad experience with Frank Hanke. We had worked with a different attorney when we setup our will and trust. That person left the firm shortly thereafter. We had no contact with WNJ for over 6 years. I called the office and asked if we were still considered a client. The person said yes, we will setup a call with Frank to touch base with you. We had a 7 minute TEAMS call to simply hear “yes you’re a client’ and then received a bill for $565 dollars. So, if being billed at nearly $100 per minute is value, WNJ might be the right call for you. RIDICULOUS.

Horrible experience. Hired Frank Hanke to take care of my dad’s estate. Billed us almost double our quote – which included Charging us for our free consultation & thousands of dollars in short emails. We lost our building that we hired him to fight for (family member stealing from our deceased father) and we’re completely unsatisifed with services. Several times I had to call the court myself to get legal answers because our attorneys weren’t sure of the process. They lowered the bill after I expressed my concern, but was still almost 150% of what we were quoted – but didn’t get any results. I would strongly recommend staying away from this firm. Taking advantage of those that recently lost a loved one is the lowest you can go. Terrible experience ALL around.
