Referred to me by a friend, Bruce Iden of Iden Law offices has done a remarkable in handling all legal matters pertaining to my father’s estate, while assisting me in addressing issues pertaining to my own personal matters. After the death of my father, of course I was still struggling with the loss of my best friend only to find out shorthly thereafter that the Trust document that my father had his original attorney to prepare was defective due to a technicality. Although my father, his attorney, and a notary signed the document, Iden law office discovered that it was lacking 2 additional witness signatures which the state of Florida requires. Having to resolve this issue with 7 other siblings involved would have been an even greater nightmare if I did not have Iden Law office to guide me through the process. His office worked not only with me, but diligently worked to explain to the other heirs the process of probate (since we couldn’t get all to agree to accept the document in its current form). In the end, the probate process was executed fairly quickly due to his office’s ability to remain on top of things while remaining in touch with all the heirs. Needless to say, by the time the process concluded, everyone finally agreed that because of Iden Law offices’ guidance and ability to continuously keep all the heirs informed, the process went smoothly; this mitigated a great deal of stress that would have occurred had it not been for the professional staff’s diligence and professional touch.
