We recommend not only that folks in non-“traditional” marriages work with a lawyer to make sure that you’re protected no matter what the political climate looks like, but also that anyone looking to do so in MA works with Annika and DangerLaw, LLC, who were professional, efficient, and clear in explaining the legal jargon and the stakes of each of our documents. After searching for a estate planning lawyer for over a year, I was referred to Deborah. Best lawyer I could ask for. She took the time to explain all our options for the complicated situation that we were facing with my mother, her health and her assets. She was patient and took her time with us to make sure to accomplish everything that we needed. She drew up all the necessary paperwork for us and filed it with the state.
