Warm and welcoming

I’m sitting in a chair in the office now having waited 2hrs for the electronic recording of a deed. After Having sent the receiving institution documents confirming a wire can be received they adopted a no wire policy. No regard for anyone else’s time. I live an hour and a half away. Staff is friendly. The procedures of the firm are abysmal.
