I try four times to communicate with the lawyer Mr. Justin Ryng. Left a multiple voice mail. No one call me back!! You call the office and they always put you on hold or not answer the phone. After 1 week I give up with this office and firm. I am assuming this people do not want to work or avoiding new clients. I can’t imagine how they will handle cases if there are not replaying back. I will look for a reliable lawyer and firm. They should not promoting this legal service in MetLife people pay their benefits for a reason.

I can’t say enough good things about this firm. Very professional and quick to respond to your legal needs. Justin Reiner is very patient and clear about instructions and the legal processes. Definitely going to stick with them for a long time.
