A family member received some news regarding a case handle by Ashcraft and Gerel years ago. After initially being given a large run around, she was successfully transferred to an attorney. Said attorney promised to look into her file and reach out within a few days. This has been about a month ago. She has since called and I have called on her behalf, yet we have not heard from anyone. I can only imagine that when somone from the practice feels like caring, they are great at their job. Until then, I am not going to stress myself any longer trying to reach a company that has no interest in helping its past clients.

I was hit by a car last year. Mr. Gensemer represented my injury claim case. The process does take a while to settle, but worth the wait, very pleased with the compensation received! It’s been a very good experience having Mr. Gensemer and his team working on my case.
