With these great reviews. I am truly surprised that Devin would take money from his client, but not perform his duties to represent him. As a professional lawyer I would think he would simply give the money back if he was canceled of his duties. Duties he never fulfilled. Devin was hired by my husband in his immigration case to represent him. Instead I felt Devin was not doing anything he could to help my husband at the time. So we decided to move forward. Devin has refused to give money back to my husband even though he never represented him. This goes against the professional code of conduct. My husband may not know the law but I do. This lawyer (Devin) did not perform his client’s duties therefore this is an unethical act of keeping the money. I will be reaching out to the bar association. If you need a great Immigration lawyer, please move forward . It’s hard enough being an immigrant to fight to stay in this country, with a lawyer like this your better off.
