1)My policy was apparently not enough money 2) after 2 online requests and phone calls I get a woman who says my policy is too old to pursue 3) so too bad, so sad 4) didn’t have the decency to send me an email or text saying we don’t want it4) I am a paralegal and the attorney I work for would NOT ghost people 5) how low and how rude to treat a 70 yr old widow this way. I’m sure you’ll remove this but maybe someone will see what you are really like. Plus no attorney even looked at it. I didn’t make the decisions for my attorney.
Michael Hoover and team took on my case on a contingency basis meaning there was no fee unless we won our case. My dad recently passed away and the life insurance company declined the accidental death portion of the claim. Michael and the team came up with a very convincing argument that led to the insurance company changing their decision on the AD&D claim without going to court. I highly recommend this firm.

We engaged the services of Michael Hoover to assist us with an emotionally fraught and legally complex situation involving the denial of an accidental death rider on a life insurance policy and a separate accidental death policy. Recently, it came to my attention that I was going to need some legal help regarding a life insurance policy. I messaged several different law offices requesting assistance. I sent an email to Michael Hoover with Interpleader Law asking a few questions and by the time I went to the kitchen and poured a glass of sweet tea and walked back to my room I already had an extremely helpful response email to my questions. I followed up with a few more questions and my follow up email was responded to just as fast. I didn’t just receive some generic responses, I quickly obtained useful information and it was very obvious that Michael Hoover had taken time out of his day to thoughtfully answer my questions with detailed informative responses.
