I retained Mr. Baker for charges levied against me by a vindictive and jealous lunatic ex-wife. The charges were proposterous and even the prosecutor agreed, according to Mr. Baker. The fact is that the prosecutor couldn’t stand up to the histrionic and mentally deficient plaintiff, and Mr. Baker was all too chummy and giggly with him in the hallway, which was bad optics, in my mind. Mr. Baker and the prosecutor collaborated and plead for a lesser charge that was very unsatisfactory to me. The only result I thought was fair was a dismissal, and Mr. Baker failed, in every respect, to achieve that for me. I expected a more vigorous defense of the charges levied, which left me disappointed, to say the least. I would NOT choose Mr. Baker to be an advocate for me in a court of law ever again.
