recently contacted Mr. Scheetz’s office regarding my case. After numerous attempts, I finally spoke with him, and he stated that he does not take on cases involving individuals who need to travel to Mexico. I found this comment to be unprofessional and disrespectful, as I had not disclosed my country of origin. As a lawyer, I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect for diverse backgrounds.

The County tried me in a trumped up charge for fighting my ex’s boyfriend. I was facing 25 years in prison. After the hearing I was found guilty of serious assault. Ray paid attention to every detail of my story, against one of the most ferocious Prosecutors to practice law. He was clinical in supporting my case, and giving me justice. I am not proud that my actions had to lead to us building a relationship together. However he was the best thing to ever happen in my life when I needed someone in my corner. Inept representation – go elsewhere! Inappropriate billing for a job that was not handled in clients’ best interest. Then proceeded to ignore emails and phone messages when case ended even though legitimate issues remained.
