The team of Vaughan & Vaughan is knowledgeable of all sorts of cases so they can be open and honest about your best/fair outcome. Their team handles all the ongoing paperwork, forms, & bills that come from hospitals, insurance companies, and the like. They are patient & work hard.

Well, the reason you are reading this is most likely something bad has happened and hiring a personal injury attorney is something we don’t normally do. I was in the same place 2 years ago. Someone pulled out in front of me. My wrist was pretty severely broken. I even had many bone fragments floating around. I really can’t recommend Vaughan & Vaughan enough. I was not getting any real response from the insurance company. The day before the accident would have been Mother’s birthday, so she was on my mind. I had a dream that She told me,“ Sis you have enough on your plate just get better. You need to get a lawyer and let them worry about all of this stuff. This is what they do for a living and they know all of the ins and outs”. I am so glad my mom is still giving me advice from heaven. One of the best things I did was contacting Charley at Vaughan & Vaughan. Charley, Jillena, Elizabeth, Kim & Angela. They all knew who I was when I would visit the law firm. They would call me to check in with me to see how I was doing. I actually had to have 2 surgeries. They went to bat for me. Trying to get as much of a break from the Hospitals, Dr.s,my insurance… I know they worked hard to get me the best settlement that was available.

May 2023 I got into a car accident and suffered various injuries. Being 21 and never been in a car accident I had no idea what to do. I came across Vaughan and Vaughan and contacted them for a consultation. Mr. Vaughan met me in Fort Wayne to discuss my case even though they don’t have an office here. I verbalized how lost I felt with no longer having a car and trying to heal while navigating a tough situation. He assured me that the legal side was now in his and his team hands and that they would be there every step of the way. Over the last year and a half, Chloe reached out very often to check in on my progress with my injuries and give updates on the case. Whenever I reached out for updates I got a response within two days. Once a settlement amount was reached, they sent me a breakdown of how the amount would be used and how much I’d get. The entire team (most of whom I probably never met or talked to, but did amazing in the background) made this process so much easier for me. I was in college at the time and also working so there’s no way I could’ve done this alone and I’m so grateful for this team!
