I never got pass the Client Relations Manager. First of all if I’m contacting you on a probate case why do I need the deed to start. I wasn’t asked any other questions. I wish I could leave half a star, but that wasn’t an option. If something doesn’t change with the way things are handled this firm will not have any clients at all. The law office of Matthew Baysinger is incompetent of responding to clients once they’ve received final payment. I trusted them to handle my case after my mother passed and they completely went unresponsive after they received the last payment. I have been attempting to contact them for over a year to discuss the next steps. Extremely unprofessional! Please look elsewhere!

They do what you can do on your own! I should’ve paid attention when I did a search. It was $$$ down the drain. He’s a salesman that will make it seem likr your troubles will be taken care of but you can negotiate with your mortgage company on a modification or refinance. AND YOU CAN PUT THAT MONEY YOU WOUD PAY THEM TOWARDS THAT! You got this!

I was helping my in-laws, who are both in their 90s, and reached out to this office when I felt I was in over my head in dealing with the bank. I was frustrated at firs but after the case was assigned to Gail Hasty, it was smooth sailing from there. Gail was pleasant and patient while clearly explaining the process to us. She and the firm truly blessed my aging in-laws.
