Hands down the best attorney out there! Jay is amazing and I wouldn’t trust any other attorney with my child custody case!

Jay O’Brien is a garbage human being who does not care about his clients. All he cares about is his bank account. He will drag your case out as long as possible so he can keep charging you. Working with him did not bring any resoultion to my life. He literally doesnt care if he is taking food off your childrens plate with his insane fees. He will file a bunch of motions , charge you for them & then never even file them. He also gives the top quality advice of “open up a credit card & put my fees on there” .He says it’s to help you “keep track of your fees ” but really it is to ensure he gets his money & leaves you in financial ruin. He is a dirtbag & proves true the horrible stereotypes of attorneys. Go see Jay if you want to feel disrespected & taken advantage of. He lives to drag it all out & drop you once he steals all of your money.

Anthony Scariano was my attorney. My case involved post divorce issues. I cannot say enough about how he handled my case. He was always up front and honest with me. He always kept me informed as what was going on until the case was finally settled. I would highly recommend him. I will be sure to use him again if need be.

Called some time ago and recently asking paperwork that was filed in 2016 and was never given to me. Not even a callback from the front office to tell me no. Not even my attorney it was my x’s. I’m guessing they do absolutely nothing for you if your not represented by them!!!!!

DO NOT hire this lawyer!!! I hired Jay O’Brien and he charged me $3500 dollars up front. He would not keep me informed and then withdrew from my case for college expenses without an explanation and kept my money. If you want to get ripped off hire him. He is very unprofessional and doesn’t do anything he promises. He’s a horrible attorney and very unethical. He doesn’t have a website go figure.
