I had an extremely unpleasant 2 minute phone call with Dan Garbis. I called him regarding a traffic ticket I (unfairly) got, and he cut me off EVERY single time I was trying to explain important details about the case to him. I never actually got to explain it to him because after he said “for the fourth time, you’re not going to win that case”, I hung up. I appreciate his honesty about having no faith in his skills as a lawyer, but I did not appreciate his condescending tone. According to him, he was not able to get his wife out of a ticket either. I would only recommend him to someone who would like to lose their case and waste their money.
