I had a terrible experience with the Law Office of Mazhar Shah. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I made sure to arrive 15 minutes early, expecting to be seen on time. However, I wasn’t taken in until 6:30 PM, after waiting for over two hours! What made it even worse was that the staff allowed several walk-ins to be seen before me, completely disregarding the fact that I had a scheduled appointment.
