I hired WILNER & O’REILLY back in 2021 to help with my parents’ complicated immigration case, and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

I used Wilner & O’Reilly immigration services for my Greencard process and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The whole process was straightforward, they were always very responsive via email and answered any questions and concerns I had. I’m happy to say I received my Greencard in under a year and I couldn’t be happier! Use them for any of your immigration services, you won’t be disappointed.

We retained this office for legal representation in December 2024 and paid a retainer. But since then nothing has been done for our case. No contact, no return phone calls. The only call I got back was when I called to cancel their services. Now they are keeping our money and won’t even try to make this issue better. Do not hire them. They are horrible!

I was trying to be a client, the abrupt, unhelpful staff that declined to answer a basic question for me while I was on the phone with them is why I have this a one star review.

With the assistance of JJ and Brenda at Wilner & O’reilly my wife just received her Green Card. I waited to write this review until the process was complete. With their experience and attention to detail, all of the paperwork was filled out and packaged correctly. While some people that we know tried to fill out the paperwork by themselves have had their paperwork kicked back to them multiple times for errors and other problems, ours went through the first time. If you want your immigration paperwork done right the first time, I highly recommend Wilner & O’reilly. It was money well spent.
