Recently worked with John Alexander and team for our estate planning needs and it was very nice experience.

It wasn’t the best experience for me. When I first contacted their office on 12/3/24 and spoke with a lady who answered right away and asked if they helped with name change, she answered yes. My information, including my employer number, was gathered by her. She informed me that I would receive an email regarding the next steps and requesting additional information to begin the name change process. On 12/4/24, I called them again to let them know I hadn’t received an email and spoke with a lady who said I should receive it by late evening or on 12/5/24. This morning, I noticed an e-mail was sent to me on 12/4/24. The response, “ The attached form will help get the process started for your name change. Please note, we are happy to help with the process but will not be able to file anything with the Court, nor act as your representation in Court.” Additionally, she sent me a form “estate planning” unrelated to my request. It has been difficult for me to find a lawyer who assists with name changes though their website says they do, but when I finally find someone, these are the results. However, I wish them all the best and hope they can provide better service to their future clients.
