Daniel handled my sister in laws divorce and we could not have been more impressed with his attention to detail, sense of urgency & communication. The day she retained him he saw the immediate danger she was in and had us meet him at the court house to file a TPO that day. He has since made sure she was awarded everything she deserved!! She was officially divorced yesterday walked away with everything!! Daniel was a bulldog and we plan to retain him again if needed for anything else!!! This attorney will throw you under the bus with NO conscience. Spineless, will better his own career at his clients expense with working deals because it makes him part of a attorney/Judge buddy system. Has no ethics, integrity or human decency much less respect for Justice or his Oath Of Office, his wife Donna is worse than he is. They consider themselves above the law, more important than we the clients that have given Daniel our money with a belief he’s representing us for justice in Americans Court.

Daniel was very helpful during an emotional time when dealing with a probate issue. Aggressive, Knowledgable and Honest. Instead of taking the retainer he attempted to settle a dispute when I was ready to write a check out of emotion. Definitely a warrior I would recommend in an unfortunate situation.

If you plan to hire him for a divorce you might as well just hand everything to your soon to be ex, he is a Liar, Crook and a Thief ….$5,000 to send a letter suggesting the other party please follow the court order … and then does nothing despite 6+ months begging him to do something because the other party refuses to follow judges orders then gives about 1 week or less notice or mediation that will costs $200 per hour schedules said mediation without the required paperwork signed as per his word mediation couldn’t take place without it.. missed 1 appointment… skips out keeping everything then ignores your attempts to contact his office… lies and files notice of withdrawal stating lack of communication and claims did not contact his office by deadline …. despite his office ignoring calls and emails a week prior to his deadline… aka scam to skip out keeping your cash leaving you to defend youself

If their was a sixth star I would have clicked it. This is the kind of law firm people look for. Its few and far inbetween. I’m so glad I found an honest one!
