Christin Brennan is hands down the most priceless asset I had in my very long and complicated child custody battle.
Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 – his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.

Belinda Lazarra – WORST Guardian Ad Litem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Real disservice to my 6yr old daughter’s well-being during her guardianship that merits a REFUND. Belinda stood idle and did nothing, but happily bill while my daughter (between ages 3-5yrs old) was constantly being asked ugly questions by DCF. So sad. Belinda also couldn’t honor her own word for something she herself wrote in the parenting plan that stated she wouldn’t bill, but then dreamed up some excuse as to why she should. Can’t make this stuff up. Again, more worried about billing than doing her job properly. Thank goodness for my lawyer!!

This firm is amazing. Everyone is very professional. Most importantly they get results. Law firms don’t tend to have that many reviews on google so I wasn’t sure who to hire. I was referred by a friend because Peter had been the lawyer for his ex wife and he lost in a big way. When I went in for my consultation Peter was very honest with me on what he thought I would be able to win. He assigned my case to Alexa. I LOVE Alexa. She is extremely smart and professional but more importantly she is a bulldog. Seriously don’t let her looks full you. That woman will build a detailed case that covers everything and make sure that her clients are prepared for anything opposing council might throw at them. My case didn’t even make it to the court room. Once my ex and his lawyer saw just a small amount of the evidence Alexa had they settled to our terms immediately. So grateful for everything she did for me.
