Called cause I was injured in a slip and fall,injured my spinal cord, they said they would take my case, sent via e- mail the forms for me to sign, while I was still on the phone with them, within about 5 minutes of that call had ended, so did there help,got an email we can’t help you,, wtf.
Absolutely the WORST law firm I have ever used. There’s NO Communication at all. I settled my case 11/25/24 and here it is 1/16/25 and still haven’t been paid my money. They claim they are waiting for the insurance company however they weren’t supposed to settle without a final medical amount. I have NEVER met anyone from the firm and barely get a response back. Chose another firm if you want any help!
I don’t know much about this guy. But he has a lot of billboards. I counted them. In 300 miles he was more then 30.
Alexander Shunnarah Pensacola,Fl are the absolute worst conniving, deceitful, non communicative, liars I’ve ever seen. If you want whats rightfully yours please find another law firm. These people have had my case over 2yrs just to tell me they’ll get more of my settlement than me. Ex. The insurance company cut the check for my family back in December 2023 to my lawyer ,here it is March 2024 i still haven’t received my check. All of a sudden attorney fees are through the roof from what was initially stated. The lies !!! The claim is it’s for medical fees. It’s 03/27/24 and I’m just receiving the documents to sign for them to release my settlement. The settlement check receipt clearly says $0 medical fees. To the person replying to the reviews are liars as well we’ve reached out to that email no response….If you want someone to represent you and that’s just not out to scheme money from you then get somebody else to do it!!!!!! Lawyer Ben Zimmerman and his team are very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
My sister, Mary Lynn, fell because of a slippery floor in the bathroom at Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze and broke her nose and her foot in three places, but Shunnarah wouldn’t handle the lawsuit.
I filed a complaint with this firm three and one-half years ago and still waiting for a resolution. I’m 82 years old and hope to stay alive long enough to enjoy any proceeds I may eventually receive!!!!
They seem to care less about my case or pain. I was in a wreck in September and still haven’t been seen by a doctor. I called in October and asked them if they could give me a different case manager., Because Jessica does not have the time for my case. She gave me the excuse that her kid was sick. And here it is November and she still hasn’t done anything to help me. I have used Alexander shunnarah two times in the past. After this I will never call him again.
