We spoke on the phone once and he requested my paperwork I explained I could have them over asap and asked if there’s was any way that he could get back to me any sooner than he stated. His reply was arrogant and not understanding. Either way I agreed to wait for his call back which I never received. After calling the office to follow up I was informed that he was refusing to help for no apparent reason.. I guess me trying to be assertive and ask for help was in a way offensive to him. All I can say is you are dealing with disabled ppl it is not about you MR James it’s about the frustration we as patients are going thru nothing personal to you. Anyway this was my experience. I did leave him a message apologizing if he toke anything I said the wrong way and plan to move forward and successfully solve my own issue some times you must trust yourself !
