I had an over-the-phone consultation with Michael, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. He was neither kind nor patient during our conversation. As someone reaching out for legal help during a difficult time, I expected a more welcoming and professional tone. Instead, he came across as condescending and arrogant, which only added to my stress. Rather than offering support or clear guidance, he seemed dismissive and uninterested. Based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable recommending his services to others.
Mr. Tierney was patient and took the time to address our concerns. He is knowledgeable and his clarity in communication leaves nothing for want. Definitely a refreshing change in a sea of sharks, especially when needing competent defense. Excellent. Thank you Mr. Tierney! Much appreciated!

Would NOT recommend to anyone , I started a case with him and due to poor attitude I was supposed to be refunded my initial pay to him that was about a week ago I never got my money back and he’s very rude to hang up the phone on me twice without resolving the issue ..
I received a flyer in the mail after a lawsuit was opened by a collection agency. After reading the flier I thought this is just another sales pitch. Well after talking to a few other attorneys who sounded incompetent or way too expensive I called Mr. Tierney. After a short convo I told him to take my money. A month later I received an email with the release and those glorious words ” I got your case dropped” 10/10 would recommend Michael to anyone looking for the best debt defense attorney in Florida

Received a court summons for a credit card collection that went to an old address. Thankfully the person who lived there contacted me or I’m sure it would have turned out bad. Mr Tierney had the best qualifications and results in my area. Two weeks later everything dismissed . Thank you
I was involved in a debt lawsuit 5,000 and literally didn’t know what to do until I received his card in the mail. I was hesitant to call but I’m sure glad I did! I called numerous attorneys prior and was charge very expensive prices. My case was literally in less then 24 hours. I was given the best price by far from Michael and he acted fast on my case. He was confident that he could get my case dropped! In one day my case was dropped and I didn’t have to pay back the debt I owed; and it was taken off my credit report thanks to him. Other attorneys couldn’t even offer me that for expensive price! Micheal is very professional and great at what he does! I will always and definitely recommend his service! His number is saved in my phone for the future and I will be referring his services to other people in need. I would rather pay for Michael’s attorney fees anyway then paying back the full amount of debt I owed plus interest
I had an issue where Midland Credit was coming after me for a debt I simply couldn’t afford to pay. They called me constantly, sent me letters constantly, and finally decided to sue me for the debt. I contacted Michael after receiving an ad for his services in the mail and I’m glad I did. He was very understanding, professional, and was confident he could get my case dismissed. Anytime I spoke to him or emailed him with questions he would reply promptly. In the end, he was able to get my case dismissed as he said he could, and I am no longer responsible for the debt. I highly recommend his services if you have any issues with debt collectors coming after you.
Highly recommend. I had a lawsuit from a creditor that they handled and were able to have completely dropped. I didn’t have to pay anything or show up in court. They had it resolved within a week.
Good luck getting anywhere with the secretary, she doesn’t comprehend very much of anything. My initial and only call was all I needed to know I should seek counsel elsewhere.
I was being sued for outstanding credit debt and received a letter from Tierney saying he would do it pro Bono. I was cautious but after investigating I decided to go through with it. He won and my credit was retroactively restored. They counter sued in my name. I didn’t see any of it but that was laid out clearly in the beginning when I signed up with Tierney. He did as promised and I got free representation and my bad credit wiped. I’m very happy with the outcome.
