I was referred to Edward Jackson and needed him on an emergency basis. Last Friday I was told he was at lunch and would also be working Monday if I missed him Friday. He doesn’t know me but was suddenly away for a planned 3 week trip for a new case, perhaps doesn’t want to be bothered? Naively, I asked the woman who I thought was the secretary some questions as they normally can answer intelligently or allow us to speak to a paralegal. Some are paralegals. She said she didn’t know wait until the 20th or find someone else knowing it was an emergency and refused to help refer me to someone reputable. I called back after my mind wrapped around all of this to cancel as none of it felt trustworthy and another voice answered stating they are an answering service that I had not spoken to a secretary. the
