There are moments in one’s life when you feel like the world is against you and life has thrown you every type of curve ball you can handle. That is the point I was at when a creditor who was relentless on their pursuit, and fervently dismissing all my efforts to resolve a debt I owed forced me into filing bankruptcy. After a failed business venture my business partner and I both exhausted all reasonable, humanly possible efforts to avoid having to file bankruptcy. I was given Eileen’s information from a friend of mine and I must say it was the best decision! Eileen went over and beyond to guide both of us through the process of filing. It can be a daunting task especially when it is something you were doing your best to avoid. She was professional and also treated us as if we were her own family. Attny T. Eileen Dolaghan is dirty. She included unverified and private health information on a “client” who is a serial filer and abuses the Bankruptcy system to avoid paying their outrageous debts, in an attempt to influence any one who reads it in their favor. This is on the PUBLICLY ACCESSED PACER WEBSITE. She submitted falsified information as well. If this isn’t rectified soon, I am reporting her to the Florida Bar Association.
