Hace 4 años hice mi solicitud de residencia amparándose en la ley de ajuste cubano, con este grupo de abogados específicamente me atendió Henry. Apliqué para mi y para mi hija menor de edad. Obtuve la residencia de ambas pero la residencia de mi hija salió con la clasificación CU6 que se le otorga a los nacidos en Cuba. Mi hija nació en Venezuela pero hija de cubana. Le correspondía el tipo de residencia CU7. En esa oportunidad le pregunté a Henry si eso me ocasionaría algún problema y me dijo que NO. Pues se equivocó pues en Octubre pasado (2022) mi hija solicitó la ciudadanía americana y aprobó el examen pero no le entregaron el certificado de naturalización porque la residencia no está correcta. Y le solicité la I-495 al Sr Henry y me dijo que primero no los había contratado para hacer el trámite de la ciudadanía y que ellos no tenían los expedientes de esa fecha y que yo personalmete los solicité a inmigración. Es decir, se lavó las manos. Estoy super desencantada del trato recibido. Claro ya recibió el pago en su oportunidad y ahora yo le estoy quitando tiempo. Ahora yo tengo que hacer todo ese proceso nuevamente por no haberse hecho la corrección en ese momento en que se recibió la residencia, que ducho sea de paso el también recibió una copia de la antorcha donde decía la clasificación de la residencia otorgada. En ese momento Henry debió haber actuado para hacer la corrección.

La Dra. Elsa Arango llevo mi caso desde mi solicitud de Ajuste Cubano hasta la obtencion de mi ciudadania americana. Ella es una profesional muy seria y responsable y su paralegal el Sr. Henry igual. Gracias a ambos por todo su apoyo hasta la culminacion de mi proceso migratorio en este pais.
