His goal (through frivolous litigation and re-litigation of matters already litigated) is an administrative bill larger than the value of the estate. He then acquires a court orders to convert all the property of your loved one’s estate (real and personal) to cash, at pennies on the dollar. Even though when he was first appointed, the estate had NO debt. He then petitions the court for a close and if your a beneficiary, don’t expect anything. His philosophy is, if your an heir of an estate, you are entitle to nothing. If your a named beneficiary in someones will, you are entitled to nothing.
