Everytime was very upfront which I loved, i understood all details they shared. They are very on top of everything and so nice while doing it! Truly took a horrible experience and turned it into positivity.
I got in a severe accident while on the job. With all the lawyers commercials out there playing all the time like the good old infomercials used to late at night…. It’s hard to figure out which lawyer in Topeka is the best. I was referred to Palmer law group by a mutual friend and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. LJ Leatherman specifically was my lawyer out of the group. He found me a big chunk of money that the insurance company didn’t want me to know about. Not only did he get me that money but he also got me extra for the simple fact that they didn’t offer me that money in the first place. And on top of that…… the workman’s comp part of it offered me a low payment for my settlement. I approached LJ with what they first offered and he said it sounded quite low and he referred me to a reputable workman’s comp lawyer to work with me. That workman’s comp lawyer got me more than three times the amount that the workman’s comp people were originally offering. In my opinion don’t go off the TV hype ads where they ask you if you want a check just go get a wreck…. Or someone says they got this…. Or someone says they win. You’ll do yourself a big favor by using Palmer law group if you get injured.

When my girlfriend and I where rear ended at a red light we didn’t know what to do. Luckily we went to Palmer law group.
Dustin van Dyk was especially helpful with my family and personally came to visit multiple times to help discuss things with older relatives.
The staff was very helpful and friendly my attorneys were Dustin Van Dyke and Meaghan Girard and they made sure that I new what was going on and were very easy to contact. Highly recommend them if you are looking for attorneys!

I will never recommend Palmer Law Group for anyone to use. They gather all your medical records and tell you they are going over the notes,but never contact you about your case. I had to always call them to see how things were going, and I would get is Gary is in Depositions and he’ll take a look at them when he has a chance between depositions. Finally after a whole year of looking through my stuff they finally come to the decision that they are not going to take my case and they’ve wasted a. Whole year of statue of limitations without even having a medical doctor actually look at my evidence and my pictures they are about worthless as attorney
