David Branch represented me against my former employer. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to any one.
Very poor customer service and business practices. Every correspondence between myself and this office was initiated by me. I was reminded several times that I only paid for 4 hours when I attempted to express my concerns with the quality of service and unprofessionalism (I paid what was invoiced.) I was asked to write both the initial demand letter and rebuttal that was submitted on behalf. I had to request that a rebuttal be submitted on my behalf. I had to send several emails before receiving a response, but conveniently the attorney wasted no time responding to my emails of dissatisfaction. He spent more time going back and forth with me via email reminding me how I only paid for 4 hours and how his firm is so busy and it is normal business practice for clients to contact them for an update. When I did finally get David on the phone he was not able to speak to my case. He asked me if I would like him to review my notes and then give me a call back. I went into this process with 0 expectations, I truly was just looking for a trustworthy professional attorney. Ironically David was recommended by a family friend, however this office did not deliver the quality of service as advertised to me and did not offer an apology for my experience. I would not recommend this law firm unless you are ok with begging for timely communication. (I had to give 1 star to post this review)
Mr. Branch represented me during some of the toughest times in my life. My former employer lied on me, attempted to destroy my reputation and humiliate me as a professional. Mr. Branch and his team were extremely professional and patient with me even when I would call him I’m pretty sure 1 million times. I recommend Mr. Branch every-time. Mr. Branch is professional, experienced, hardworking and ultimately an agent of change. If you feel that your rights have been violated by your current or former employer don’t be afraid, be smart and call Mr. Branch.
