I have only high praise for the team at Minchella Law. I had been injured in a fall and a lawyer friend of mine suggested I contact Tony Minchella. Truly cannot recommend Minchella Law enough! Our company was lured into borrowing a lot of money by aggressive marketing tactics under what we believed was false pretenses. When the company refused to negotiate in good faith, and our business was at risk, we were referred to Attorney Tony Minchella who filed a lawsuit against the company, got an injunction against their attempts to collect funds based on an unfair trade practice, and sued for our business losses. The contracts were voided by the court, and we were awarded a high six figure judgment against the defendants! Even though this was a tumultuous time, Tony made the process so smooth.
