Cashed out my retirement and savings and nothing was done. They won’t even respond to my new attorney or me and it has been weeks. They do not communicate but then charge fees

Ann is immensely knowledgeable about the legal system in its entirety, different counties, laws, statutes, etc. I was battling a pretty tough case in Jefferson County (one that the DA said he only saw the judge approve ONCE in 6 months), and Ann managed to get me the exact outcome I was looking for. My probation officer called me afterwards and she even told me how great of a lawyer she thought Ann was- she said Ann knew exactly what she was doing and there is no doubt about that! It is very clear how much time and effort Ann puts into each and every one of her cases, something you don’t often find with lawyers. Always making sure to leave no stone unturned. It truly felt like Ann was taking on my case as though it were her own legal battle. I remained well-informed by Ann throughout the entirety of the process, a transparent and honest communicator whom I always felt had my back.
