Lauren was patient, methodical, and thorough with the process of creating a will for our elderly mother. Since our mom is bed ridden, she arranged for a notary to stop by and assist us with the signing of the will by my mom and two witnesses. That is something that other law firms, in their high and mighty ivory towers, were completely unwilling to do under any circumstances.
My wife & I worked with Lauren to complete wills, advanced healthcare directives, medical power of attorney, general power of attorney as well as beneficiary deeds for property, vehicles, etc. The Zoom calls were low-key and pleasant. Lauren set expectations for each step of the process so we knew what to expect and had lists to work from. We dragged out the process somewhat due to family events, which turned out to be no problem at all. We also asked many clarification questions. Throughout it all, Lauren remained patient, flexible, good-humored, and adjusted her approach to accommodate our needs. She also arranged for notaries to come to our house as we could not produce our own witnesses. My wife and I are so happy to have this landmark process completed. It made our decision to hire a professional rather than try to do it ourselves seem like a wise choice. Lauren was a true professional from start to finish. She upholds a high standard for her work, and like the top tier in any profession, she takes problems away from her customers rather than adding problems to them.
