Dr Jacque Phillips is someone you want on your team. She fights the good fight and puts her entire heart in her work. Lawyers tend to have a bad reputation, but she is definitely one of the good ones. Incredibly educated, informed, savvy and a straight shooter. She doesn’t BS and gives you the honest truth about your case and potential outcomes. She knows many people in many places and absolutely the right one to fight for your child right to FAPE.

I have known Jacque for over 20 years and have seen her work through her masters and doctorate while raising a daughter, then go on for a law degree, focusing on youth with disabilities and their families. Jacque is loyal, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does.
Jacque is in her job for kids, and she is passionate about it. When she can’t help you directly, you may find her teaching you how to help your kids, yourself, instead. As for the 13:00-star reviews — those are from people who can’t accept that they LOST in cases involving sexual assault of children, sexual harassment of children, destruction of records to prevent proving cases, violation of mandatory reporting laws involving sexual assault, and discrimination based on disability and national origin.
VERY knowledgeable regarding the needs of mildly autistic/twice exceptional children, and what their families experience in dealing with the deficits in public education. Special needs parenting requires knowledge and a necessary saviness to maneuver the archaic public ed system. Jacque Philips can help.

Dr. Jacque Phillips is truly remarkable, she really knows the laws of education and will fight for what is right for your child. The buzz of fear echoed in our district once they heard Jacque was representing our child. Not only is she an expert in her field she truly cares for her clients and their families. We will forever be grateful for her help with a very scary time in our life.
