I had the pleasure of having Brett represent me in my vehicle accident case with the assistance of Stacey. My case was a tough one and the other party really went to great lengths to fight Brett at every turn. They drug us out for almost a year and im sure would of attempted to take it even farther but Brett went to BAT. This man represented us to the fullest extent in every way we needed. He was always very concise and explained every outcome of every choice we had to make. We never felt left in the dark or like we weren’t in full control of our situation. I was pleasantly surprised as to how smooth everything went. They kept me in the loop for every step. The only rough part was on my end, (getting past W-2’s from the IRS). Also, it was great talking with them. It seemed that they took customer service very seriously and it really showed. I wouldn’t have a second thought as to hiring them again. When my daughter was hit on a scooter by a speeding vehicle, I was mortified! Her uninsured motorist policy denied payment and the driver of the vehicle that hit her had no insurance. My mom and I took shifts taking care of Monika during the day. She was in a wheelchair that made it very difficult in her small house. She had surgery’s and then rehab and another surgery.
