DON’T come to this “attorney”. Lawyer Gerald John Jansen has over 11 felony charges pending with the Superior Court of Orange County. His charges range from, False or fraudulent claims, solicitation, acceptance or referral of business, ENH-Aggravated white collar crime over $500k, Fraudulent Insurance Benefits Claim, and Conspire to commit a crime. This is all public information on the Superior Court of Orange County website. His case number is 22CF0187. Look him up yourself by searching his name on calbar.ca.gov. His team is highly unprofessional, and they will try and charge you thousands of dollars in fees for workers’ compensation cases (any other lawyer will tell you that you don’t have to pay worker’s compensation lawyers unless they win the case in your favor). You never even meet the guy. They don’t actually listen to your situation and file your case with the INCORRECT information. Their staff is LOST. STAY AWAY from this place. This entire place is corrupt to the core. Do your research when looking for a lawyer.
