Albertson and Davidson have restored my faith in humanity. Sounds like strong words right? I don’t say them lightly. My brother was abusive of my father and pressured him into giving him the title of trustee. Never in a million years could I have foreseen the nightmare coming my way. My father passed in 2019 and my brother refused to communicate with any family member. I had hired a lawyer early on, whom I never met face to face; he took advantage of a grieving daughter. This lawyer never provided any service and took all of my retainer.
