James gives off a very caring demeanor until you go into office. I let him know I don’t have a babysitter and would be bringing my one year old with me he agreed it was okay. Upon arriving at the office I was only able to give brief breakdowns about situations in my case, I didn’t have the opportunity to break everything down throughly as I was still trying to take care of my son. James was clearly overwhelmed by my son and was more focused on him than my case. He schemed over my case and already was giving energy off that my case was to much to handle and was to overwhelming for him as if my case was going to take actual work that James didn’t want to do. I explained multiple times I could break everything down more throughly so he can have a better understanding but his mind was already made up that he wasn’t taking the case. In my opinion he is an actor he acted like he wanted to take the case and had a great attitude till all of the works was in front of him and he realized just how much work there was to do. The second he decides he isn’t going to take your case he looses all sympathy and the customer service he once had completely turns into a careless non empathetic and rude individual who doesn’t consider all of the stress the potential client has on them. He repeatedly told me “ you aren’t going to win your case” where regardless of if I’m going to win or not that’s not the sentence I want to hear when I’m struggling, stressed and trying to figure everything out to win my case. Simple saying “ im not taking your case” is enough. Instead he felt the need to consistently insult me. I had a baby, a diaper bag, a suitcase, and coffee all in my hands in which I asked him if he could please open the door for me to exit which he was extremely rude about. In conclusion if you decide not to choose him as a lawyer or if he decides not to choose you as a client he will treat you like dirt with no sympathy or regards to your situation.
