Christian Palafox did nothing for me and never followed up with me before my court date ensuring I was prepared when I had asked his staff to have him call me before and he never did . He always is busy and never had time for me . My proof of service for my domestic violence restraining order case was in the system and I had followed up with fontana PD and sheriffs department that my proof of service was filed electronically. I had told the judge I didn’t understand when they found no proof of service and the judge pointed to Palafox saying that’s why he’s here for me and he said absolutely nothing humiliating me infront of the judge .The judge issued me more serving papers to reserve the respondent again . I was absolutely devastated and Christian palafox did not make me feel important at all . Iam a survivor of domestic violence this case meant everything to me and to protect my safety as I followed the law. This is absolutely upsetting to me . I will say bryan did everything he could to TRY and help me get in contact with him BUT palafox took forever to get back to me especially when I consulted him at first. Do not hire him .
Mr. Palafox and his team did an amazing job and making sure in what you need in any case will get done. He has helped me through a lot for the custody of my children And getting restraining orders granted. This lawyer was hired for me for limited scope by Sentrex legal documents (I would never work with Sentrex again please review their yelp prior) based out of San Bernardino, he was to represent me for a family matter. I had requested he call me to discuss my concerns, ask questions and discuss what would be said at the hearing, I had to request that through Sentrex working with Bonnie Anderson. Unfortunately, I was never given the information to contact him directly. I was told unless the lawyer Crisitan Palafox needed to speak to me, I would not be getting a call from him. I informed Senetrex that my hearing was important and that I wanted to speak to him regardless. They told me they would give the message to Bonnie, which was the Friday before my Tuesday 830am hearing. I had asked Sentrex numerous times prior to that, that I wanted to speak to the attorney and my requests were denied. Finally, Crisitan Palafox calls me at 900pm the night before my hearing, doesn’t leave a voicemail to state that it is him. I continue to email Bonnie and text her stating I’m running out of time to discuss anything. Crisitan Palafox finally got back to me at 815am the morning of the hearing which didn’t give me much time to address everything I had filed in my two declarations. We proceed to have the hearing, where he rambled on about irrelevant information, and DID NOT ADDRESS the most important things written throughout my declarations. The judge began to wrap up the case and when I asked to speak about my concerns/ what I had written in my declaration she told me that I could not because Crisitan Palafox had already stated what was needed and she dismissed the case. This was absolutely devastating, I spent a lot of time preparing these documents, paying for the filing, preparation and most importantly I paid him $950.00 to represent. He did a horrible job and touched based on none of the important issues. I wasted my money, my time, and nothing was done, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. Please take your money elsewhere.

Honestly, without the help of our Attorney Cristian Palafox and team, I know that my husband would not have had the successful outcomes he’s had.
