I purchased a used 2020 Ram 1500 with only 30,000 miles—basically a new truck. The Carfax report stated that all recalls had been addressed, so I felt confident I was buying a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, less than three weeks after the purchase, the truck completely shut off while I was driving and hasn’t started since. It’s now just sitting at a dealership waiting to be repaired due to what turns out to be a well-documented electrical issue that should have been resolved before the vehicle was ever sold.

However, “negotiating” with Evens via text was a very pleasant experience. He was very kind and patient with me during all the back and forth and he never got pushy.
