I used Green Acre in a breech of contract suit. The lawyer the assigned to me did absolutely nothing but kept telling me he did. This cost me tons of money. They fired that guy and Josue took over. However the damage was already done. They lost my bargaing power and forced me to take what they had to scrape up or in his words I could find another lawyer and start over. Then in order to settle he made me sign saying I wouldn’t sue them. I also didn’t get the balance of my deposit back and when trying to question them I just get crickets. I have all the emails and proof of what was done to me but can’t sue. Be careful using this law office.
La peor experiencia, Cynthia Velasco aparte de incapaz, me recomendo una mujer de nombre Maria Sanchez/ Francisca Sanchez, para que hiciera tramite de plusvalia de mi casa, est mijer me pidio $6,500, y se los di por confiar en Cynthia, quien me la presento, la mujer me robo, la demande, obvio gane la demanda, pero desaparecio, creo que son una mafia tengan cuidado, no confidence en estas personas, estafadoras, solo quieren sacar dinero, y puse en investigacion a Cynthia ante la,Barra de Abogados de CA, espero la sancionen!!
Called just before closing and Josue picked up and answered my questions kindly, promptly and reassuringly regarding information about my deceased grandmother’s possible creditors or debts and them attempting to collect on her behalf. Thank you again so much Josue!

Absolutely the most rudest and inept staff I have ever had to deal with. They can sure take you money in a hurry but when you part ways with them and you’re trying to get back the balance of your retainer, good luck, it’s every excuse in the book as to why it’s taking so long.
I visited thier new office in Ontario. They listened to what I had to say. The were very friendly , professional and gave me great advice. I highly recommend there services.I give them high marks.
